Meet Peggy Garcia

I am Peggy Garcia, the Creator of PrayEatLoveBake LLC. A Latina owned small baking business, catering in all things sweet. I have always enjoyed being creative and creating through desserts is even more fun. I love the smiles it brings to my customers, clients and family. I am always up for the challenge to bake new creations. Birthdays and holidays are my prime times of the year. My business name came from the things I hold dear.

I am from Riverdale in the Bronx and share my work through neighboring social media groups on FB and IG. I have participated in numerous pop up and children community events. I am now currently coordinating pop up market events on a monthly basis in our community space. It's also been an honor to be a part of baking challenges for charity and fundraisers through my baking. My recent one was for the Sandy Hook Promise "Back to School Baking Challenge” fundraising to protect children from gun violence.

I have participated in the annual Riverdale Small Business week consecutively for two (2) years. Last year, I was invited to participate in the Hispanic Heritage event with A&E Network to showcase my Latin desserts.

Earlier this year in March, I was nominated and honored as a female owned business, as part of the Riverdale Women's Celebration. I was also a guest on the 4Bronx Project podcast sharing my story and business to the community.
